The Mumma Social brings together a Postnatal Program with Women's Health Specialists to provide knowledge and a community for Mummas.

The speakers have been carefully selected to provide up to date information on the care of you and your baby in your antenatal or postnatal journey.

Providing a caring and compassionate environment for you to learn and ask questions whilst being provided with a much-needed barista coffee & brunch.

We will immerse you in 8 one-hourly sessions which will provide you with an opportunity to listen and learn from a range of Women's Health Specialists.
Runs during school terms.
Welcome Kit - full of FREE postnatal goodies, workbook & keep cup.
Barista coffee & brunch provided each week.
Access to our Members Portal full of relevant resources & tools.
Speakers will be recorded if you're unable to attend one week (we know how unpredictable life can be).
Chance to meet up with other Mummas & Bubs.
